• Rented Equipment or Third-Party Services:
If rented equipment or external services are used as part of the project production, the refund for them will depend on the terms set by the equipment or service providers, and a monetary refund may not be provided.
Non-Refundable Items and Services:
• Video content or images that have already been provided to the client.
• Services that have been provided or are in the process of completion.
• Additional corrections or editing rounds carried out beyond what is included in the work agreement.
